1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FX Server Manager (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
FX Server Manager is a FiveM admin panel designed to assist server owners and authorized staff with server administration, moderation, monitoring, and technical management.
The Service is intended for administrative and operational use only and is not a consumer-facing application.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have authorization from the server owner or operator to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or data
- Attempting to bypass security or access controls
- Abuse, exploitation, or disruption of FiveM servers
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes
- Interfering with the stability or integrity of the Service
5. FiveM Disclaimer
FX Server Manager is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FiveM, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with FiveM’s and Rockstar Games’ terms and policies.
6. Data and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to such processing.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to process player data obtained through your FiveM server.
7. Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FX Server Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We are not responsible for actions taken by server administrators using the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if use poses a security or legal risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
